Understand the real work
We don’t start with a long requirements document. We start by understanding how the work actually happens. We’ll talk to the people doing the job, follow the process, and uncover the steps and exceptions that usually only exist in someone’s head.
Build the smallest useful version
The goal is not to build the biggest system. It’s to build the smallest thing that removes a real problem. We’ll scope the first stage clearly, and if there is already a good off-the-shelf solution, we’ll tell you.
Build, test and improve together
You’ll see the application as it is being built and have the chance to use it early. Real feedback from using the tool is far more valuable than reviewing screenshots, and it helps us make sure we’re solving the right problem.
